FALL UPDATES:

• I have my original oil on canvas portrait of Mahalia Jackson on display in the Old 77 Hotel as part of a group show with Whereyart. She will be there until early 2027 so go check her and the show out.
• I have 6 original paintings on display at Ochsner Main Campus 1516 Jefferson Hwy. It's on the 1st floor near the medical library. They will be up for the next few months. Go see them if you get a chance. It's not often you get to see my work in the air-condition.
• October 9, 10 & 11 I will be in Lafayette at Festival Acadian & Creoles. I have been working on a portrait of the Savoy Family Band and will have that portrait with me along with my Louisiana Instrument Makers series. All of these portraits were created in part thanks to a grant I received from the Jazz & Heritage Foundation so I am happy to have the chance to display them all in a way that celebrates the unique culture of our state. The festival has partnered with Smithsonian folk life as part of the American 250 so it should be a great time. I will have my usual offerings and prints and such come see me.
• November 7th I will be at Beignet Fest in City Park and I am truly happy to be part of the artist market at this Festival. Beignet Festival proceeds benefit the foundation which is dedicated to raising awareness, providing resources and funding for children with autism and developmental delays. On top of all that goodness it's always a great time. 
• November 8th I will be part of the artist market at POBoy Fest! The festival benefits Son of A Saint and I'm happy to be included. The market will be in the same spot as years in the past and it runs 10am-5pm. Good times on Oak Street!
• Last event of the year and always my favorite is the Deutsches Haus Christkindlmarkt. It coincides with my birthday every year and I think it's a wonderful way to celebrate. December 4, 5 & 6.
